The Centropolis took advantage of a site that had been vacant for decades to construct five stories of apartments, enclosed first-floor parking and a rooftop terrace. Midland Steel added extra support to the existing structure and put in new industrial stairs and balconies. The 56 units offer an average of 850 square feet for one- or two-bedroom accommodations.
